Intrigued by Mr Johnston’s construction of a Sensory Path, P5 decided to have a go for ourselves!
Pupils were divided into small groups and chose an adjective at random (rough, smooth, bumpy, soft…). Their challenge was to fill their hula hoop with items from the forest that correlated with their word.
The hoops were laid out in a line to create our own path and the children (and adults) couldn’t wait to get our shoes and socks off to have a go!!
