9 Feb 2026 – Primary 1 – Blue Class – Forest February Lesson 1

Throughout the month of February, the Foundation Stage classes will be enjoying Forest School sessions in The Learning Garden. In our first session we learned all about Forest School rules, and the special boundary flags that help us stay safe- something the children remembered well from our Clandeboye visit! We also played a fun game called “Worms” which everyone really enjoyed. As part of our learning, we also explored the different types of homes animals live in. The children discovered that badgers live in setts, hedgehogs in nests, and foxes in dens. It was a brilliant start to our Forest February adventures! 🌿🦔🦊
