The children travelled to Knockmany Forest today for their Forest School Session.
They learned about trees. How they grow, how they are spread and who uses them.
They were given the opportunity to look at and feel some real bird’s nests.
After looking at the nests the class were tasked with making their own nest using natural materials found on the ground.
To finish they made Conker Cups. A wee game using a cup, string and a conker.
