27th March 2026 – Seed Planting and Mandala Art

On the last day of term we decided to plant some seeds which we can tend and grow over the summer term. Children filled their pots with compost, choose their seeds and planted them before watering them and leaving them in a sunny spot in the classroom. Later that day we went outside again and gathered leaves and natural material from around the school which the children used, along with additional materials which they brought in from home, to create Mandala style art work on the school lawn.
