27 March 2025 – A Next for Plop

In Forest School, Primary 3 made a nest for Plop- the main character in our novel, ‘The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark’ by Jill Tomlinson! 🪺
We looked at a bird’s nest and talked about what they are usually made of, what shape they are and how they stay together. We had lots of fun making sure our nest was big enough for Plop, and using mud and leaves to hold our nests together! We even used flowers and other objects in the garden to decorate them. 🌸🌼
