20th February
Aim: To allow the children to lead with their own ideas and creativity, whether they choose a physical game to investigate or to create. Children will be actively engaged in the natural environment, working together and enjoying themselves, fostering a respect for the world around them.
Children thoroughly enjoyed this session and were so engaged in their own interests. Some children chose to investigate insects around our Bug area and found a woodlouse an earwig and a millipede to much excitement! Some children enjoyed working together to build a den against the fence with large sticks and some were cooking up a storm in the mud kitchen. Some also choses to make some more bird feeders for the school trees.
