2/3/36 – Signs of Spring

P7 visited the Friendship Garden to look for signs of spring. Drawing on their knowledge from their Plants topic, the children carefully explored the area using magnifying glasses to spot new growth, buds and other seasonal changes. They recorded their observations on clipboards as they investigated.

To conclude the session, the class gathered together to discuss what they had discovered and made predictions about how the Friendship Garden might change over the next one to two months as spring continues to develop.
