15/01/25 – Camouflage

This week we were learning about camouflage. During our WWII topic, we discussed the importance of camouflage for soldier. So we split into two groups and hid coloured match sticks and green match sticks (with some white ones on the snow!). The other group then had to search for our match sticks and see which ones were easier to find, then we swapped. This was an amazing activity that really supported the learning that had taken place in the classroom. We talked about animals who use camouflage and what the benefits are.
