Decorating animal templates with using leaves and colouring pens.
Children selected which animal they wanted to make and decorated them independently.
Learning opportunity:
Physical;- developing grip with pens , developing hand eye coordination.
Speech, Language and communication:- discussing what they are doing, seeking out tools they want.
Personal social and emotional:- developing independence, doing a group activity with peers, sharing resources.
Exploration and thinking:- Discussing the animals, wat they look like, where they live.
