08/01/25 – Highland Games

Our current topic is Scotland so of course we had to go outside and play some Highland Games! We used as many natural materials as we could to play these. We searched for the best sticks to use for toss the caber, found wooden bricks and stones to throw and had a tug of war. We also discussed ropes and knots and why we might need these during forest school.
