Linking in with our focus story of the month Jack and the Beanstalk we talked about who also might live in a castle like the giant, the children talked about princesses and princess. We then talked about what we think they might wear on their head – crowns. The children then had the opportunity to create their own nature crowns using natural materials found on our Forest school site and PVA glue to stick them down.

We then headed back to Pre-School and Playgroups small Forest School site and enjoyed some yummy s’mores while learning all about fire safety.
