St Mar’s Primary School
Cabragh
KS1 25 Chidren
P4 had a fantastic day at Knockmany Forest School.

Our activities were all linked to our Autumn theme. First, they made a fun conker catcher game using a cup, string and a conker. They had great fun testing their skills and trying to catch the conker!

Next, they used hammers to carefully tap tacks into pieces of wood. They then wrapped colourful wool around the tacks to create our own unique patterns and designs.

For their final activity, they unleashed their creativity by making forest monsters! Using leaves, sticks, pinecones, moss, bark and conker eyes, they created some amazing monster heads and bodies.

The class had a brilliant time exploring, creating and learning outdoors.
