As part of Maths Week Ireland, children across the school partcipated in a series of outdoor learning activities.
Primary 3 and 4 had been learning about 2D shapes, addition and subtraction and matching number to quantity.
Using natural materials, found in our school playground and nearby woodland areas, they used conkers, pine cones, acorns, feathers and twigs to make their own number lines to 10 and 20.
